Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing Time
Within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order, it is verified, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment. -
Shipping Time
[France]: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by [La Poste].
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number isn’t working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If no tracking information appears after several days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
