Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, in the case where you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, in the case where you ordered several items in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: SUPPORT@COMFIDELLE.COM.
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for you to send your message concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired in order to comply with the time limit.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have either:

received the returned goods, or
you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods,
whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer’s individual choice or specification;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
